HOW DOES THIS WORK??? ONCE A QUALIFIED PATIENT SIGNS THE PAPER WORK TO HAVE YOU AS THEIR CAREGIVER AND SENDS IT IN TO THE STATE, HOW DOES IT WORK WITH THE LEGALITY OF IT. MEANING THE STATE IS SO FAR BEHIND ON GETTING PATIENTS THEIR CARD WITHIN THE REQUIRED 20 DAYS THAT HOW DO WE EXPECT PATIENTS TO GET MEDS FROM THEIR CAREGIVER LEGALL IF THE CAREGIVER HASNT RECEIVED THE CAREGIVER STATE ISSUED CARD. IF YOU ARE PULLED OVER IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS AND HAVENT RECEIEVED CARD FROM THE STATE YET WILL YOU BE ARRESSTED FOR POSSESSION?????

It doesn't really work yet You will get arrested, you should have copies of all your paper work and get your checkbook out for court. Frankly until the cards arrive you should tread carefully. Don't publicize anything, even after you get your card, don't get cocky or over confident. Keep things private between you and the patient and keep your fingers crossed for that card to show up. If you goto trial you'll most likely receive the card before the court case begins due to delays on finding a jury and everything else. Either way LEO will arrest you without the physical card in your hand.

After 20 days with proof of delivery along with copies of your ph. cert. & patient app it is the same as the card...

However the police often somehow do not know the law and may subvert the law and your arrested...You will not likely even be charged but the hassle is tough.

Patients may obtain their Marijuana where the can legally..The person helping them if not their caregiver has legal liabilty.

I feal as long as your caregiver and yourself have no more than 2.5 oz your legal...
