I hope Joe gets everything he deserves..A really nice guy that in NO way should have to go through all this. I'm praying for you and your family Joe.. I hope this gets settled fast. Walmart also takes life insurance out on their employees.. Shame on them money hungry (I can't convey a point without vulgarities)Holes.. :growl:

darn wtf! She is now in a nursing home wheelchair bound and brain dead as a result of this accident. And walmart is wanting almost a half a mil for what!? Greedy money hungry gentlemen! This womans life is ruined and all they care about is keeping their health insurance down. And if it couldn't get any worse, her poor son dies fighting this war in Iraq shortly after this. Shame on them, they are ruining their employees lives by any means necessary. :notfair:
