My Check Was Cashed Now What?!?!

Okay. So I went and did my whole deal w the doc on 7/27/10. Went to the post office the next day, and they received and signed for it on the 29th at 6am. my check was cashed by the state yesterday 8/03/10. So do i have to wait 20 days from yesterday or can I go to a dispensary today?!? Thanks??? Wow still can't believe this actually is happening lol

20 days from the 29th from what I understand as your proof of delivery is your starting date.

Thanks. I'm just unsure. There are so many diffrent answers and the legal verbage is just not that specific!!

did you send it certified mail? if so you can see when it is delivered, once they cash your check, you can go. That is proof enough they got your application.

p.s. i know people that have gone the same day as their doc appt.
