It's amazingly hypocritical that state officials are so willing to waste taxpayer's money in such a repeated and drastic fashion. Aren't a lot of them supposedly "fiscally conservative"?

The opinion states that if you were arrested before Nov of 2008 when the law took effect, you can not use the affirmative defense. Not a supreme court decision, but it is law until the supreme court decides to change it.
