Primary Caregiver Card

Is it up to me to getting a card to be a Primary Caregiver and where do I get one?

Is it up to the caregiver to get my card?

To be a caregiver a patient must assign you as their caregiver.. You cannot be a caregiver unless another patient assigns you as caregiver.. When a patient fills out their application there is a form called the caregivers attestation.. You must fill it out and then the mdch does a background check on you and if you pass you can be the patients caregiver.. On the patients application there is a part where if they want a caregiver you must fill in the information on that application.. then the patient needs to assign you the possesion of their plants if they wish you to grow the plants for them.
