Outdoor Plants And Cold Weather

So I've got one small plant in a container on my back porch. She's still several weeks out from harvest, but the temps are getting pretty unfriendly towards growing. The forecast for the next week is highs of 66 and lows of 52. Can it possibly put on more weight with that sort of cold? If not, my choices are to:

1) put it in a window in the house. This would keep it at a steady temp and isolated from the rest of my plants in the basement, but I'm afraid of potential random light leaks leading to hermies.

2) put her in the flower room with everything else after a thorough inspection for pests, etc. and a nice bath of neem spray.

Any other suggestions? I can't see her doing much more with the cold coming in.

In my outdoor growing years, it generally seemed that the plants were happy and healthy right up until they experienced one or two hard frosts (except for potential mold and mildew issues). The plants didn't seem to mind cooler temps, as long as there wasn't a real frost. I would protect against frost, and then let them go as late as possible.

Good luck!
