Channel 2 News Report

Recommended Posts

Channel 2 just aired within the past few minutes a piece on medibles. The reporter claimed that the desert had 4 doses of marijuana in it. She said that is the equal to smoking 4 joints. Some bad research and reporting here.

So, when did a dose become a whole joint? Just sayin...

Sadly, a lot of journalism is like this when it comes to MMJ. There is no quantifiable dose of marijuana and they know that. But when they ask legit patients "how much do you smoke at a time?" many respond with "a joint." Nevermind the thickness or length of the joint, strain, etc.

So they are stuck by their writers to equate dose with joint. The writers are the low-man on the totem pole and want to play dumb for their boss and not give suspicion that they probably smoke recreationally.
