New Lansing City Ordinance

Would someone be so kind to explain the new Lansing City Ordinance. Or where could I find a copy of it to read. The latest one involving caregivers 1000ft from school or church. Is it to eliminate the dispensaries? I guess I needed to pay more attention and usually I do but I have been busy working out of town for a while. Thanks if anyone nice enough to give me a heads to whats going on without chewing me out for not keeping myself informed.

The new ordinance is for those cultivating caregivers who want patients to come by their homes to pick up their meds. So it does not apply to those who deliver to their patients. It places fairly stringent restrictions on them. Why anyone would avail themselves of this is beyond me.
