I need some information on if I am still able to grow my own medical marijuana even if I have a felony drug conviction or if I have to find someone to be my caregiver.

 

This part of the law is very hard to understand it says as a patient i can grow up to 12 plants, but says a caregiver cannot have have a felony drug conviction. Yet I cannot find anything on being my own caregiver with a felony drug conviction. I do not plan on being a caregiver for anyone else just want to grow my own. Any clarification on this would be greatly appreciated.

yes, if you are a patient, you could be a former murderer.

 

its the caregiver part (growing for others) that you would have a problem with.

 

a patient may grow for themselves regardless of past criminal history.
