It'll take a LOT of Federal law officers to keep up with it.

 

But I suppose they could always call out the National Guard.

 

Of course if someone is driving 'stoned' the 'local' police would take care of it.

I would suggest an invasion by the Federal army. All marijuana users should be hung for treason.
