It appears that heavy users of cannabis that also use alcohol have fewer cognitive / thinking problems than people that just use alcohol.

 

Gotta love those scientific guys.

 

And one of these days our 'politicians' will begin to allow more research to be done on the effects of cannabis.

 

There is an excellent reason WHY it has been used for hundreds of years as a medication, for religious purposes and for relaxation.

Thanks. Interesting that this was a study of kids aged 16-19 years old. Certainly an age heavy on experimentation, even if it is in the distant past for me....

 

Just yesterday I heard a parent telling us how they are proud of their 19 year old daughter because she just drinks alcohol and avoids cannabis.
