Caregiver To Caregiver?

I figure this might have been asked before. But can we help other caregivers if they have a shortage?

Some say yes, others do not. I say yes, any activity that is intended to assist with medical use is protected.

I'd consult an attorney beforehand if you're worried about getting in trouble for it.

I agree with OCC.. You are trying to assist your patient in obtaining their medication for them.. That's covered in the AD... Network with some patients and caregivers in your area.. Compassion clubs are a good place to network.. Peace, Love, and Big Buds

Technically I think a patient to cargiver transfer would only b legal for the caregiver as he is obtaining meds for his patient. The patient selling could get in trouble for selling to someone who isn't a patient. It s stupid how the law is and it needs to be fixed. That's my opinion though. Some get away with murder, while some are innocent and serving time.also depends on th officers and judge... ya never never know
