Would I get further driving to Lansing to ask them in person where my cards are. It has been over 7 months. I gave them the check #, date they were cashed and names of the patients and caregivers and they can't just tell me the status of the cards?? I need the cards before I get sentenced or I go to JAIL!

I had the same problem with one of my patients, who had not recv'd there card. I got a phone number for him to call...someone actually answered and gave him the info on his card (returned for bad address). They corrected and re-issued him one and he got that one within 4 days...So give this ph#517-373-4992 a try...Hopefully it will help.

I used e-mail to chase down a missing card. I included check cash date, dl#, ss# address and phone #. took them a week to reply, card came same day
