I've been looking around for a while for info on the legality/licensing behind selling to clubs in MI. If you have any leads/links I would appreciate it.

No links, but my son and one of my patients work for different dispensaries.

You will normally be 1099'd, that is you will have to pay taxes for transactions. The best of them will require you be a patient so as to be under patient to patient transfers. Some will accept you as a caregiver, but that opens another can of worms. Basically you will be an open party as far as transactions. Your secret is out.

I am not sure if you are asking if it is legal or how to but the legalities are in question by LEO as if patient to patient transfers are legal or not. The way most dispensaries work is you usually talk to them in private usually wherever they dispense meds and ask them if they can help you with overages and most will want a sample. If they like what you have to offer and more importantly buy it cheap enough they will then discuss arrangements.
