Tissue Culture

So does anyone have an opinion on whether a tissue culture counts against a plant count. I would like to expand my genetic catalog while staying in count and this is a very appealing way of keeping them around with little effort. No roots in a tissue culture, so what your take?

I don't think it will count as a plant. It may count towards your allowable weight though.
