New In Mid Michigan

I'm looking into getting a card. I'm looking for a good connection to apply for the card without getting ripped off. I also will need a place to get the "Goods". I would prefer not smoking and possible eat or other applications to use MJ.

Where's a good place to apply? I work in Grand Rapids, and live in Mid Michigan, commute approx 70 miles one way a day.

Basicly Lansing or Grand Rapids areas would be best. My medical condition is chronic back pain from a ruptured disc, trying to reduce pain med use, of Tylenol #3, Tramadol, and Valium. I was using Darvocet until they discontinued the product. I also have a CDL and work for a company that drug tests.....not gonna be easy! I won't use while working but you know how that goes.
