Clare City Commission Ready To Tackle Medical Marijuana

On Monday, Feb. 21, the Clare City Commission will evaluate a final draft of a proposed MM ordinance as prepared by the Planning Commission and the city attorney. Approval would add the amendment to the city code.

It precludes dispensaries, selling or growing as a home occupation. And it sets limits for R-1 Single-Family District, R-2 Multiple-family District, C-2 Commercial District and industrial district.. ((( Read the rest of story.
