30 Day Old Registration Paperwork

Can a caregiver go to work if the caregiver and patient card are not received, my understanding is yes. Any opinions on this would be appreciated. The people I am discussing all have their paperwork and it is deemed valid.

the doctor that I took the patients to gave me copys of my patients paper work and I hang it right above their plants until the card comes in about 3-4 mo.if you wait around for the State you might be waiting along time.

as long as you can PROVE the MDCH has recieved each persons paperwork (why its a great idea to send it out certified mail, as you get proof they recieved it and on which day) and you are 21 days past that paperwork recieved date, and have not received a Certified letter back from MDCH stating a denial. imo, you are considered legal.
