zoo poo is a great substrate for several types of mushrooms, including the magic variety! for plants it would have to be composted

elephant dung is supposed to be the absolute best fertilizer on the planet. something to do with how well the elephant processes its food. it is completely broken down so all nutrients are available to the plant.
