Need A Pharmacist!

It's been 25 years since my chemistry degree so I'm basically at the same level as a layman, but in my opinion, and in the 2 minutes it took me to google verify it, they are the same thing.

I also thought, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong, that THC-COOH is a non-active metabolite of cannabis, and was determined recently by the Michigan Court of Appeals not to be a basis for OUID prosecution.

Are you sure he didn't mean different from THC-OH?

That prosecutor is brain dead. You don't need a pharmacist or a chemist to "prove" it's the same molecule.

There's a lot of sources, hand him some of those abstracts.

EDIT: Actually, if you have the resources for a lawyer, might be better to tell him to F off, and catch him unprepared in trial. Sounds like he doesn't have a clue.
