Great news! It is a shame that such a clear constitutional and MMM act violation by the police that could not be disputed because it was caught on tape by the news took two years to sort out. The prosecutor needs to go back to law school and stop wasting the peoples money, he should have never prosecuted this case. Thank you shy and Mike for standing up for the rights of all citizens and keeping the police accountable to the constitution and the law.
