LEGALIZING POT HELPS WITH CONTROL

 

Research by the group Monitoring The Future, described in recent news reports, shows that teen marijuana use continues to rise while teen alcohol use hits historic lows.

 

A taxed-and-regulated market like alcohol's ensures that anyone selling the substance has considerable incentive to keep it out of the hands of teens. Those who sell to underage citizens lose their license and their profits.

 

The underground market provides no such protections, essentially letting sales of marijuana to teens stay as profitable as sale to anyone else.

 

A taxed-and-regulated market in marijuana could help us keep the plant under our own control and out of the hands of our children. We can see it's working for alcohol. Let's help it work for marijuana, too.

1/2 truths founded on other common misconseption and statistic gathering imo.

 

while it has a postive tone. its still propoganda in disguise. this time Pharma Propaganda, and likely the alcohol industry. I suspect we ll be seeing MUCH more about this over the next few yrs. as they both come to the realization the cannabis money train is about to leave, you ll see them scrambling to make things all better with uncle sam, for a 50% cut that is.....

 

note how the overall tone says, it must be pharmacuticalized, if it is going to do any good, Especialy for the children.

 

While i dont condone kids smoking. eating a cannasalad once in a while should be as beneficial as apples, oranges, pears, grapes that are full of antioxidents.

The more science finds the overwhelming life and living benefits of cannabis, the more it will again become the go to home health remedy for the entire family.

Guess I missed it... didn't see any mention of 'pharmaceutical' companies, but i'm sure that's always a possibility if we don't make sure that the 'legalization' legislation kept that from happening.

 

And be assured; 'legalization legislation' will be coming along... whether all of us like it or not.

 

It's on its way.
