Gingersnap Questions

Wondering about the gingersnap recipe in tutorials, how thick of a roll (diameter) and do you bake it on a greased sheet or not greased? Wondering on the size as it will affect the dosage one would get per cookie.

If all the snaps are made the same size and the batter was mixed well, then the dosage should be equal throughout the batch.

Total amount active ingredient divided by number of snaps, equals dosage.

Parchment paper is something I would no longer bake without, everything slides right off without becoming deformed.
