I did not say one thing about not having a roof or it not being enclosed.

 

There are ways of making your outdoor grow legal.

watch that over-medicating enclosed means the opp. of outside. and what do they mean no caregiver card my card has a p for patient and a friends card has a c for caregiver. did they change this.
