Reaquiring Paperwork

Due to a recent string of events, including my switching of houses. I currently have no clue where my mmj paperwork is.

 

I was just wondering if anyone on the forums knew if i could somehow get a new supplement, or if I just have to locate my paperwork/wait for the actual card.

Your certifying doctor should have copies. Medcnman.
