Glycerine Drops Vs Rso For Knee Pain

I picked up some drops from hydro world that works great on my knee pain, but my homemade RSO is strong and good for sleep but dosent seem to work on my knee pain.

Can anybody explain why or make any suggestions on what the difference is?

how can i modify my oil to get the same results.

I think the glycerin helps the cannabinoids penetrate the skin better.
