I know little of your condition. There are two innocuous things you can do to increase your energy. One is to brew green tea for 6 minutes minimum and drink it simultaneously while taking b vitamins. This cause the green tea to release cucumin. The US Army came up with this because it increases endurance. i have done it for a while and I really notice it on days where I do not do it. The other but thing you could try is drinking beet juice. I do not like the taste of beets but it was found to increase the o2 in our blood due to the effects of nitrates (not nitrites!) on our blood vessels. Supposedly most of the Olympians are now doing this to get whatever edge they can obtain. Good luck.
