MIRS Breaking News - Second Schuette Recall Bounced By Midland Election Board -- 11:14 a.m.

The three-member panel that comprises the Midland County Election Board has voted 3-0 that a proposed recall effort against Attorney General Bill SCHUETTE failed the clarity test.

 

This marks the second failed recall attempt of Schuette this year. Look for more coverage in today's MIRS.
