so they'll be fine with businesses in washington, but they'll send in feds from oregon to purchase marijuana in wash, and then transport it to oregon. then busting those businesses for dealing to oregonians, where its not legalized.

 

so then the shops will only be able to sell to washington residents...

 

well, just my guess anyways.
