G13 Grow Help Needed

First off let me start by saying I know this is not a genetic issue.

 

I have been using G13 for over a year now with no issues at all. This is my first grow in this room so I ran into a few issues during the first week. The first issue was under watering because the drip setup was not turning on. The 2nd was caused by my flipbox not turning on the 2nd room. Both issues have been fixed within the first week. So to be clear in both room drippers were not working and caused under watering stress. In one room plants were in total darkness for 5-7 days until I caught the flip box issue.

 

Fast forward to week 4 things seem to be going well with massive growth. At week 3 the one room that had the lights on during the first week started to show white hairs. The 2nd room started around the same time but no further development in bud growth has happened. The plants continue to get bigger and bigger and are still female but no bud growth. Now I'm debating pulling them. Is this just stunted bud production from stress or are they behind because of the week of darkness.

I am pretty sure that one week in darkness would stress the plants and cause retarded growth.

 

I ran a G-13 cross (Free Leonard) for a while. One time I got buds that were the size of a 2 liter bottle. Another time the buds got no bigger than a pop can. Same room, lights, schedule, everything. I don't know what caused the small buds but I think it was some kind of stress during the veg or flower cycle.
