Has Anyone Been Prosecuted For Violating Mj Patient Rights?

Does anyone know of any government or police official that has been prosecuted or punished in any way for breaking any patient/caregiver protections written into the law? 

 

I have not yet heard of any. 

 

If so, can you describe what happened and who handed out the punishment?  Was it a legal prosecution?

Doubt that will EVER happen.

cops dont get punished much for wrongful arrest.

some kind of cop immunity as long as they were reasonably following the law.

 

some people have sued to get back property + plants. i think a few members here even got mmj returned using the courts.
