I don’t want marijuana law enforcement to be completely successful, and neither do you. It would put 50 percent of our young people in jail. Anyone splitting ounces with friends would be a three-strike dealer with prison for life. Even enforcing the law just a little bit like we do now costs taxpayers $35,000 per year per prisoner.
