MMMP confidentiality

I obtained my patient MMMP card by getting my medical record from my podiatrist, then taking it to the local clinic here where the MMMP Dr there approved me. My question is, does that go on my medical record? According to MMMP, they actually keep it confidential but only release it if I request it in writing. But I'm wondering if it still appears on my standard medical records.

mmmp stuff does not go on your medical record. LARA just sits on it.

you should ask your cert dr what he does with your records though of course...
