Thanks for the story, though it does say that the bill is "unlikely to pass".

 

Ohio is already pretty lax for possession and cultivation of small amounts (under 4 ounces?), only earning a fine, no criminal record.

 

I suppose it would be hard to cultivate less than 4 ounces, though.

 

RE: California -- have you heard all the backlash against the legalization bill? A poll on THCfarmer has more people voting against the bill than for it. Strange dynamic there, like all the growers want to keep the setup where they can sell 3k pounds to the dispensaries.

Boro... it may not pass but at least they are looking at it... and the politicians that are against it will have to show themselves... and then the VOTERS can get them out of office.
