If everything was cool and you had a green light for everything needed (paperwork, location, LEO/city council blessing) how would you design your dispensary?

 

I would like to see a place that looks like a starbucks, but instead of hard-donkey cookies under the glass, nice green buds. A place to medicate, socialize and grab a bite to eat. What do you guys think?

A dedicated place for the young ones. Blue Sky Cafe (the same guy that runs oaksterdam) has the front of his store setup this way. A place for beverages and hanging out, then go beyond the doors to do your business.

Of all of the dispensaries/patient co-ops that I have investigated the Harborside Health Center, Oakland, California seems to be close to an ideal situation. They have a bright and open building, with a staff that appears to be above reproach. The additional services, acupuncture, massage therapy, tai chi classes and other aspects of this group seems to take the whole body approach to healing what ails you.
