Leaf Tip Curling - Please Give Me Advice - Everything Seems To Be Just Right.

Alright here is the details.

1000 watt light about 24 inches from the tops.

Well I just put a fan on the babies and they are 68 degrees

If I shut the fan off it’s about 71 degrees at the top of the babies.

The main room is about the same. I have a temp sensor right above the babies and that’s what its saying. The humidity is 50%. I know it should be about 60 to 70. I placed a pan of water on the floor near the babies and light. Doesn’t seem to be working well to increase the humidity.

When the light went off last night I sprayed the leaves with water.

The soil dampness should be good, according to the wetness meter. The water meter is saying damp. I placed it right at the root ball.

I have an ozone spray, spraying every 15 minutes away from the babies. Stuff in a can mounted on the wall.

I went to Lowes and found an in and out temp reader for $9 bucks. The outside part has a hard line with a sensor at the end. Pretty cool because I can put the hard line sensor right in with the babies and get a temp reading for the main room and at the babies.

Thanks for the help.....I don't know if it’s the heat.. The soil is new and it says it has fertilizer for a few weeks (I haven't added any fertilizer).

So I’m still puzzled.

Any suggestions??

Are you getting good drainage after you water and are you overwatering?

not sure if my dranage is good enough... i have 4 pinky sized holes at the bottom. i placed river rocks at the bottom (not a whole lot) and then the soil. I never get drainage when I water..I think i'm over watering. I'll back off on watering..I have that cheap little dual probed meter and it says real wet.

If you use " Smart Pots "

You will Not have that problem ...

I just flush all mine and i ran 3 gallons of

distilled water through each one of mine ...

Plus i use this Pro-Mix BX w/ Biofungicide

http://www.graceshydro.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1734

This Allows the soil-less to drain very well...

Im by far a Master Soil grower , But

only trying to suggest becuase this system is so easy

a caveman can do this...

I never get drainage when I water.....

You need to SEE drainage in Soil ...

or at least thats what works for me ...

When i Flush... I see air bubbles coming out of the bottom

So i know its getting good Air in Pro-Mix
