i am a legal patient and was wondering if i wanted to become a caregiver for a friend what do i do one of my friends sayed all u have to do is have the patient put your name as caregiver photo id and have no felonys drug related is this true and would i have to get a new card or apply for a new one or have to pay more im still waiting on my card also
