Ok everybody, heres another question for you. Before I ask, I just want thank everybody for thier answers. I do alot of research but sometimes I can understand it better when you all talk about it. I just want to be sure of things before I turn on the lights Ya Know?

 

There is a co-signer on my home loan, My fiance is the primary loan holder, And shes excited to help me. the person that is the co-signer is not with the times. I guess I want to know this, Leo decides to raid me for no reason, Nothing that I have done is illegal but I still get raided will that affect the co-signer? what happens in these cases. Thanks for all replies.

Cosigner of the loan is not the owner of the home. The holder of the loan can bypass you and attach the cosigner for the amount owed, but that all.
