Corals?

Has anyone on here grown corals for a mini reef? I have been reading alot and they seem so similar in light and nutrient requirements. I loved growing and fraging corals. I think this will be just as much fun to grow. Just wondering if the similarities are correct

Hey tooldini,

On frags.org, my name is motherfragger. Been doing corals and fish for 25 years. Acros, Montis, Zoo's, Blastos. Some similarity's in nutes, but lighting no. Photoperiod for mmj plants needs to drastically go from 18 hrs to 12 hrs to shift to flower. Frags just grow on whatever photoperiod you have them on. They do better on a summer solstice photoperiod but it is not necessary for growing. But having done both, I can see where you can draw a comparison.
