Gaylord Compassion Club?

I went to attend a compassion club meeting yesterday in Gaylord and there was no meeting at all and there was never one scheduled...Anyone have any reason why there was a post saying there was a meeting but never happened?

Gaylord closed some time ago. It was a messs.

I have been looking into changing the info on here that is out dated.

Also do you or anyone know of a delivery service or dispensary in this area? For all I know there is a section on this site that has that information...

Well I run the MIO one (northern lights compassion club) and

 

Tarzan runs the one in Atlanta.

You've never seen me at a hotlanta meeting. I call it that cuz some time ago when i was still a drinker,an addict to the governments poison. I meet a man in the wedge in who had not only shot him self ones hunting , but he shot him self again the following year. Needless to say i still laugh about that poor old gentleman who knows he may have gone out the next year never to return with luck like that i said i would have picked up a safer hobby.

Well that is cool that there are people getting this thing rolling around here. I just hope one day to be able to help out people like welj31 and tarzan are doing. It still amazes me how people still look at it like its one of the worst things in the world. Like so if I use medical marijuana I'm a "low life", but you can pop your pills all day long. Some people will never see all the bull**** that the government drug industry is feeding everyone. I will for sure have to come to one of your meetings. What can I expect from the meeting?

Many , Many Compassion Meetings are ran differently ...

each one has it's own Character ...

 

Some have just Open Public Meeting to help people looking for help....

 

Some have both Open Meeting and then Private Meeting afterwards ...

 

and Some just have Private Meetings for Club Members Only ...

 

Some have Private Meetings for all paper-holders and card-holders ...

 

and I'm sure some have them for Only card holders ...

 

But i would hope No Matter What that they place the Patient first

and they do what ever it takes to help their life be better ...

 

I would Also hope that above All , They make Everyone Feel Welcomed ...

 

Try going w/ an open mind , that this is New and Many People are trying their

best to help others as the Groups see fit ... Not All are Perfect ...

 

That's Why i try going to Several Meetings...

Find the ones that have similiar hopes and dreams as i do ....

 

It is Surely not Easy making everyone happy ...

Its like an hour away from where I live. The job that I have makes me on call 2 weeks out of the year. I believe that I will be on call that day.

It seems like Gaylord is a central location for lots of people, it's a shame there isn't a club in Gaylord.

had more then 4-5 people ... No Support !

 

It was a really nice Building ...

I could run it durning the summer months

and Run the Atlanta Compassion Club ....

 

Our next Meeting is July 20th , 2010 from 7 - 9 pm

at the Lowd Township Hall ...

Yeah, I heard the meetings were at the Library. I agree it's a bit sketchy being right across the street from the MSP Post. People are paranoid enough as it is, holding the meetings there doesn't help, I'm sure.

Jim (Jimmy the Duece) who ran the Gaylord Michigan Cc, is heading up the Boyne City group now. Meetings are The first and third Tuesdays of every month. You may want to call ahead for directions, as I hear they are meeting at a few choice locations now. Tomorrows meeting is at the Tattoo shop at 123 Water street in Boyne City. FYI

Does anyone know about a Gaylord meeting where I can obtain my card? I have records from my eye doctor showing I have Glaucoma but need somebody for a qualifying physician, I guess that's what they call it, i.e., somebody to say I am legal to use marihuana for treatment. My eye doctor refused. Somebody told me there is to be a meeting eleventh of March where one can obtain documents and get the card needed for treatment. Has anyone heard of it?

Not sure if it's possible for you to go to Alpena
