Frustrated

They pass the law saying that it is legal in the state of Michigan to consume marijuana in any form if you have a medical card stating this. Now my whole thing that I don't understand is they don't tell you how to go about getting marijuana, you can still get fired for drug test failing, you can still get in trouble with the federal government. When is this going to change? When will I have the medicine that is needed and not be discriminated against for using such. I'm currently not a medical marijuana patient but am taking the steps toward this. I take at least 1 or 2 Norco 750 a day for my pain and that isn't enough at times. Why is it unethical still even after the law is passed to take an all natural pain reliever, but is acceptable to take a narcotic that has a high addiction rate? When are they going to open their eyes and realize that this is a miracle plant.
