New Caregiver, Old Patient

I already have a patient card, but now I want to make my son a caregiver, first for myself and then others. Initially, do i resubmit my application with the same fee as when I originally applied?

Fill out COMPLETE CHANGE FORM

 

Cost $10 to add your Son as your Caregiver ...

 

Please try to attend some local Compassion Meeting in your Area.

No if you didnt register a c.g when you sent in your first app, Just go on the site here and get a copy of form, fill out a c.g app with your sons name and info on it, on that form you will either possess or not posses your own plants, it cost 10 bucks and is the patients resposiblity (a person can not have any drug convicted fellonys and be a c.g)

 

if you registered a c.g, get the change c.g form and take the old one off, notify them (curtisy) cause the state wont, and do the same as above, 10 bucks,

 

Keep copies of everything!
