Renewal

my girl has her card and got the renewal form in the mail she is on disability and thought she only had to pay 25 to renew. but the doctor who originally did her paper does'nt do it anymore when she called the doctor's secretary it would cost her 25 to the state and 200 to her doctor!...i just want to know is this right does everyone have to pay this much for renewal???.....appreciate some feedback on this....thank you!

i just had to renew and i can tell you it pays to call around,from 200 to 125,i took the 125,but had to drive 40miles round trip...$75.00 bucks ,40 miles..,done..i was seen the next day,paperwork is in the mail..good luck..zb
