how many lights can i run on a 40 amp breaker? i already have a 400 watt hps. also... can i run my ventilation fans on the same circuit?

 

any help is appreciated

i myself use 1 1000w and a fan on a 15amp lights run about 9.5 amps/1000w hope this helps
