Renewal Card Delays?

On may 1st I mailed in my renewal application. May 12th my check was cashed. Have not received the new card yet. According to their phone - voice mail - "if your check has been cashed, your application is being processed". The card I have supposedly expired on 6/1. How long is it taking people to receive renewal cards?

 

Typical government BS. Ridiculous and inefficient.

i'm with you. sent in application last week of april check cashed within ten days but no word yet on card renewal. when are they going to "ketchup"? my dreams are troubled and i like to sleep easy.....

the state is useing a system called the helen waite. If you want the state to get their head out of their A**,GO TO HELEN WAITE.

It took them 3 days to cash my check, and another 6 weeks for me to get my card. Maybe they ran out of plastic...

 

Maybe they should look into using hemp based plastic for the cards. Cheaper, better for the environment, and it would just be funny.

I cannot figure this one either they sent me all the paper work again to renew but they cashed the check. what does that mean? and does anyone know dr. bobs phone number?

Check cashed April 9, still nothing. Card expired May 1. MDCH=epic fail.

sent in my renewal the 17th of June,the check was cashed the 23th,card expired july 17th,and i haven't rec'd my new card yet...whats a fella to do? i guess i'll just have to carry the paperwork with me if i carry meds..zb
