Question About Caregiver Change Form

Hi everyone. I just received my mmj patient card in the mail today! A close relative of mine is currently my caregiver. Question is : if/when I decide to be my own caregiver, will I receive am different card once my change forms r sent in and approved? Thanks in advance for all replies!

YES. Your new card will say that you are able to possess plants on the front, and on the back in big bold letters it will say NO CAREGIVER.

You will be sent a new card and it will take about 100 days unless they are catching up by the time you do the change.
