Its not really a loop hole its the additional protections afforded in the law

registry ID + 2.5 oz per patient = medical use

And assiting with medical use is included...

But some are being extra vigilant by assigning each member of the co-op dispensery to a specific caregiver therfore adding to the level of security

Its a very general blanket protection in the law though...one reason why our opponets dont like it...it protects most activities involving medical cannabis!

4.(i) A person shall not be subject to arrest, prosecution, or penalty in any manner, or denied any right or privilege, including but not limited to civil penalty or disciplinary action by a business or occupational or professional licensing board or bureau, solely for being in the presence or vicinity of the medical use of marihuana in accordance with this act, or for assisting a registered qualifying patient with using or administering marihuana.

this part of the law the way i read it is saying that any person as long as you are assting with the medical use of marihuana dose not need a card yep as long as the person has one you do not need one and that goes for parfanila
