Doctor/certification Center Needed Mid-Michigan

Hello all. My CA card expires in a few days and I need to find a MI doctor to get certified here. Most of the clinics/doctors that a google search yielded were all in the metro Detroit area or the west side of the state. Anybody have any recommendations on doctors in mid-michigan who will certify? I'd like to keep the price as cheap as possible. Thanks.

Any idea on cost/permissiveness? I was prescribed medically in CA but moved here and my condition sort of doesn't fall under the ones allowed but can be seen to by an openminded doctor.
