I was wondering what all the steps are that I need to take in order to become a legal caregiver?

the first step is to find needy patients that agree with you.

 

then you need to get the proper paperwork filled out.

 

if the patients are already patients, they need to do a change of caregiver and pay the $10 fee. forms found here:

any new patient sending in his/her paperwork for the first time can select you as their caregiver off the bat and you are good to go after cards arrive.

 

bottom line is a patient must choose you before you can become a c.g.

once you get up and growing feel free to ask around..... whether it be soil/soilless/or pure hydo, there are plenty of folks around to help you grow the best for you and your patients.

You may want to consider if you have a qualifying condition to become a patient first. That way you will have meds available for patients. They will be more likely to sign up with you if you all ready have meds available for them.
