Happy days are here again!

The governor of Cal, our old buddy Schwarzenegger has come through for the citizens.

He signed the Bill making less than one ounce an INFRACTION of the law.

It is no longer a misdemeanor that caries a criminal record. $100 is now the only penalty for that 1 oz OR LESS.

Easy there, Buck, your head should clear up any time now.

I too know how it feels when your brain gets too much information.

At least he is smart enough to stop wasting money chasing marijuana users through courts, jails, etc. Why aren't our local elected and non-elected officials at least that smart?

Arrnowwd, is an exception.

He DOES use his brain ONCE in a while... unlike most politicians.

And I believe that the LEOs, courts and elected officials in Cal are GETTING the picture.

They know they CAN NOT cover the cost any longer to enforce anti-cannabis laws that the 'voters' no longer want.

It would appear that the politicians and other officials here in Michigan are just a little bit slower than they are in Cal.

But it's coming... believe me... it's coming.
